Savce delivers freshly prepared meals straight to your door. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality, hygienic, and delicious food efficiently. Due to the perishable nature of our products, this refund and returns policy specifically addresses the unique characteristics of food delivery and digital gift cards.
All meal and food orders delivered by Savce are final sale and non-returnable because of their perishable nature. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the order suffers from errors directly caused by Savce or our partners.
All refund claims must be made within 30 minutes of delivery via email or phone, providing your order number and photographic evidence wherever possible.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
Savce's digital gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and must be treated like cash.
If an order paid partially or fully with a gift card qualifies for a refund due to service failure, the refund amount will first be credited back to your gift card balance.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued or redeemed.
Sale-priced meals and promotional offers are not eligible for refunds unless there is a service error as described above. Regular-priced items and combos may qualify if they meet refund eligibility criteria.
In some cases, such as incomplete delivery or partially spoiled meal, Savce may offer partial refunds or credits to your account for future use.
